Pamela Villegas

Pamela will be in our lab for five months. During her visit, she will analyse the microbial communities exposed to both biofertilizers and urea applications in ryegrass. Ryegrass rhizosphere soils will be incubated with labelled N2 for three weeks and active diazotrophs will be identified through stable-isotope probing followed by high-throughput sequencing.
